The named service on the London-Euston train 1953. I based my painting on a B&W photograph taken by my grandad HC Casserley, I added in the figures (they are myself (LHS) and my three siblings, although we wern't even born then! (artistic license). The Crystal Palace is just shown RHS

I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m²

This painting is A3 size, it comes mounted (white acid free mountboard, outside dimensions 51cm 40.5cm (20” x 16”) but un-framed. Signed and titled in pencil by me.
