Ascott House Wing Original Painting
Ascott House Wing
Ascott House, sometimes referred to as simply Ascott, is a Tudor Revival Grade II* listed building in the hamlet of Ascott near Wing in Buckinghamshire. It is set in a 32-acre estate. Ascott House was originally a farm house, built in the reign of James I. Letterly aquired by the Rothschild family. Now managed by the National Trust, the gardens are really splendid as shown in my painting of the fountain
My sisters godmother lived here as her husband was the chauffer to the family
I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m2
